Registration Time

Our regular registration time begins at 3:30 p.m. on the Sunday that your camp begins.  Registration is held on the circle drive near the Chapel.  In case of rain, it will be held inside the Chapel.  If your camp does not begin on a Sunday, the registration time is 3:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

Check-Out Time

Our regular time for camper pick up is 10 a.m. on Saturday mornings.  It is imperative that you are here at 10 a.m. sharp to claim your camper.  Campers get anxious if parents do not arrive on time.  Also, our staff has many things to do to prepare for the next group of campers to arrive.  Should you be late, you may be charged a late fee of $50.  We appreciated your anticipated cooperation with this!

When you arrive to pick up your camper, we ask that you come directly to the Chapel.  Do not go to the cabin to get your camper's belongings as counselors may be doing closing activities with campers and popping into the cabin only interrupts and distracts campers from the important closing group activity.

After our closing worship (which ends at 10 a.m.) your camper is free to go once you sign out with the counselor.  Be sure to stop by the Camp Store to purchase souveniers from the week.

Forms

HEALTH FORMS

All Campers need to have a Health Form on file at the camp.  Please click the link below, print out the form and return it to the camp as soon as possible.

Health Form 2012

If there is any health concern, mental or physical, that camp staff should be aware of that would help the staff to serve your child better, please contact Beth Ehlers, Executive Director, at 712-337-3313 to discuss this.  Information would be share with counselors on a "need to know" basis and not general information for all the staff.  Our goal is to help your child to have the best possible experience at camp; this will allow our staff to prepare and handle situations appropriately and quickly when necessary.

TRAVEL RELEASE FORMS

For some of our camps, a release form needs to be on file at the camp.  Click the link below, print the form, and send it to the camp or bring with you to registration.

If you have any questions regarding these forms, please contact the camp by phone, 712-337-3313.

Scholarship Form

It is our goal to remove barriers, like financial difficulties, so that all children may experience God in this special place.  Through the generosity of many, we are able to offer modest financial assistance when needed. We do ask that you contact your church for assistance prior to requesting camp scholarship funds.  Camp scholarships are limited to one camp session per camper in an effort to assist as many individuals as possible.  Scholarships are limited.  Apply early.
