Women's Retreat

So Great A Cloud of Witnesses

Come prepared to laugh, learn, and lounge around Lake Okoboji.

We'll have lots of fun and plenty of time to just rest and enjoy

the beauty of our surroundings.  Our retreat's inspiration will

come from the lives of women throughout the centuries,

many of whom you will probably meet for the first time.  Our

Christian sisters have been in the shadows far too long and we'll

bring some of them and their spiritual practices into the light.

Plenty of activities are planned along with plenty of time to just

relax!  Women of all ages are welcome to join us.

Check in:  Friday, April 20 at 6 p.m.
Departure:  Sunday, April 22 at 11 a.m.

Summer Sing

Come to the Lakeshore AGAIN!

June 22-24, 2012

Bring your friends who enjoy singing and making music to praise God!  Spend a weekend in this beautiful, sacred space we call CAMP!  Learn some new anthems, meet some new friends, laugh, share your talent, find God in the joy of singing together!

Armona Redenius, Director of the Sonshine Singers out of Fort Dodge, will once again be our director and will guide us through some beautiful music.  Joining her will be Sue Feltman, Director of Music at Cedar Heights Community Presbyterian Church.  Barb Votrobeck, former music director in the Odebolt/Arthur school district, will be leading voice lessons.

A wonderful time for CHOIR DIRECTORS to bring choir members and experience some new and different music that you may want to introduce to your church.
